The main difference between crystal and glass is the presence of lead oxide, which makes crystal far more interesting than glass. Lead increases the density of the glass. In this way, glass becomes close to diamonds and has the same optical features: the light that hits its surface is refracted in a stronger and a more decisive way, making it extremely bright. This effect will be stronger according to the percentage of lead oxide contained in the glass: only glass products containing at least 24% of lead oxide can be considered crystal or lead glass, according to the law.

How to clean glass and crystal tops:
Any crystal or glass surface must be cleaned with a wet cloth soaked with soap or liquid detergent, diluted in water.
