To say we're huge fans of Amber Lewis of Amber Interiors at MyDomaine is a bit of an understatement. We love her laidback California style famous for combining plenty of texture with earthy hues. Her designs are aspirational yet we can always bring tips from her style to our own homes.
In her first-ever collaboration with another brand, Lewis paired up with Anthropologie, a store whose home décor line is beloved by most everyone, including Lewis. The Amber Lewis For Anthropologie collection, which debuted on September 23, is a perfect snapshot of Lewis' signature style.
"Anthropologie's aesthetic has always resonated with my personal style—I appreciate the collected, bohemian vibe and it's something I've gravitated towards for years," Lewis explains. "It's always been nostalgic for me—my mom and I used to shop there when I was younger and I remember purchasing this beautiful kantha blanket that my mom still has to this day. Collaborating with Anthropologie felt like coming home for me; this sort of pinch-me moment where I realized I could design a collection that really makes you feel something for the pieces you're bringing into your life; to create something for everyone."

From a gorgeous slipcovered sofa to tabletop items perfect for entertaining, Lewis' collection spans it all. In true Amber Interiors fashion, the collection was all about "bringing together my love for textiles, textures, and layering," Lewis explains.
"The inspiration for the collection came from within; it's truly a manifestation of my own life," Lewis says. "I've always appreciated laidback living, and I'm a firm believer that things only get better with patina and age. I've spent a lifetime gathering inspiration, unearthing flea market treasures, searching for vintage textiles with unique patterns, discovering the most beautiful colors in nature. I drew upon my personal experiences to craft pieces that create an inspired and unique landscape within this single collection—to evoke the feeling of a collected and considered home that not only looks well-balanced, but feels comfortable and lived-in. These pieces tell the story of my life, and I hope in time they'll tell your story, too."
